  Welcome, new member!
  
  This handbook has been put together for you, the members of The Westmount Toastmasters Club, to assist you in running an excellent meeting. Following the guidelines presented here will assist you in preparing for and performing an official function during the meeting.
  
  The guidelines presented here are only that, guidelines. Feel free to experiment with the outline, but always inform the General Evaluator, Chairman and Toastmaster where appropriate so they are not surprised by any significant changes to the meeting. If you are a new member, it would be a good idea to discuss any proposed changes with your mentor first. Remember, new ideas are always welcome, if they're out of place the General Evaluator will comment on them at the end of the meeting.
